As with the other shipgirls who bear the namesake with Native American-related places, she is a dark-skinned female|dark-skinned girl with very long hair|very long light pink hair|pink twintails with a heart ahoge and heterochromia|heterochromatic eyes - the left yellow eyes|yellow, the right blue eyes|blue. She has facepaint underneath her eyes and her covered mouth|mouth is covered by a metallic turtleneck. Her attire is comprised of white thighhighs|white uneven legwear, a white underboob-exposing white bandeau|bandeau, partially fingerless gloves|partly fingerless black gloves, mechanical horns, and grey footwear|grey rudder footwear. Her rigging takes shape as two gigantic mechanical arms mounted on her upper back. She most notably sits on top of a nuclear weapon stylized after the "Fat Man":en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fat_Man nuclear weapon|atomic bomb. Eventually the radiation symbol on her nuke was replaced with a cutesy devil face for untranslated reasons even though both the Japanese and Chinese playerbase took no offense to its presence and even seemed to resent the change.
